How much does it cost?

The prices are for the house per week, not per person, & include utilities*, logs, cleaning, bed linen & tea towels (please bring your own bath towels).

*Utilities - £20 per week is allowed for electricity. During winter months the usage may exceed this, therefore we will charge for the excess.

Low Season - £225 per week - beginning November to end February, excluding school holidays and Christmas.

Mid Season - £325 per week - Christmas and New year, February Half Term and then from the beginning of March to end of June, Middle of September to End of October, excluding Easter and Summer Half Term break.

High Season - £350 per week - Easter School Holidays, Summer Half Term Break, the first two weeks of July and the first two weeks of September

Peak Season - £425 per week - last two weeks of July, and the whole of August

Discounts for Couples

We offer discounts to sole Couples, travelling without Children, throughout the year except for the Peak Season. Please enquire for details.


Short Breaks and Long Weekends

Shortbreaks & Long Weekends available during the Low & Mid Seasons. Changeover is a Saturday during Peak Season, flexible for the rest of the year. Please enquire for pricing details.


Ferry Discounts Available

If you decide to book our house we are able to offer you discounts of up to 20% on Brittany Ferries' Fares. Discounts are also available on other Ferry Companies, please ask for details.


Booking Deposit

In addition to the weekly prices quoted below, we require a £75 Booking Deposit to confirm the Booking. This is refundable after the holiday once any breakages/extra cleaning/damage has been paid for.
